  • Hi, I'm Adam, owner operator of AECS Cleaning & Pest Control. When I started as a Cleaner & Pest Controller, I was so happy to be working for myself. I found my time being filled with appointments, new systems and more - my work was becoming my life. I then realised after employing some staff that I had become too busy to do some of the simple tasks that I was able to do previously, both at work and at home.


    Funny enough, cleaning my own office was now not an option for me, and by the time I got home every day, cleaning the house was the last thing I wanted to do. Maybe you are in the same boat? If so, good for you! It means your business and home life are filling your time, which is great.


    For me, it got to the point where I had to hire a cleaner (my own employee of course, but I still had to pay him) to service our office.
